Connect to the Core of Who You Are...

Activate your oxytocin hormone and bond with your vision, your passion, yourself. Nurture your goals and life plans as though it's a baby. Guide your ideas as though guiding a young child. Develop your understanding into the direction you want it go as though mentoring a young adult. After all growing, learning, discovering, birthing a dream is just like raising a child it requires constant attention so bond with your feelings. Get involved with who you really are. Trust in your instincts.

Connect to your core understanding because what your body is feeling has to be congruent with what you are thinking or you'll release too much cortisol in your system which can lead to fatigue, weight gain, depression, impaired cognitive performance, suppressed thyroid performance, blood sugar imbalances, decreased bone density, lowered immunity and inflammatory responses, high blood pressure, and increased abdominal fat which can cause heart attach, strokes, the development of metabolic syndrome, high levels of bad cholesterol (LDL) and low levels of good cholesterol (HDL) just to name a few common negative symptoms. Be aware of what you are feeling since you are your best asset.

Therefore,  tap into your parasympathetic pathway (oxytocin) focusing on your breath of exhale staying true to your core - your hara - your gut instincts having a clear conscious.  Learning to respond not re-act increases your intuitive ability allowing your vision to become 20/20 not just in hindsight. Then the ability to become more magnetic is automatic drawing the right people on the path to the right success accentuating the positive.

Ultimately, what you put into the atmosphere is what you'll receive thus you reap what you sow. Therefore, concentrate on befriending and nurturing stopping the adrenaline rush of constant competing releasing excess cortisol into your system which clouds your perception and decision making ability. To prevent cortisol overload learn to relax using various stress management techniques such as:

  • massage therapy
  • exercise
  • yoga
  • journaling
  • sex
  • breathing exercises focusing on the exhale
  • meditation

  1. I've been busy being all things to my family and friends that I don't know who I truly am. I know who I've developed into, but sometime I'm not 100% comfortable with what I hear myself say and do. It's kinda like learned behavior that I have accepted. The true me is nice, kind, and loving even though I display a more of a matter of fact type person.

  2. I too was lost in trying to be all things to all people that I had lost my true desires, likes, and dislikes. I began trying to fit in as a youngster and unfortunately I learned behavior that dictated the rest of my life. I'm now brave enough and comfortable enough with myself that I no longer have to 'get in where I fit in'. I can be me inspite of what other people may think or say. As a matter of fact when I get involved with people that are trying to dictate my likes and dislikes away from my comfort level an alarm goes off inside of me that prompts me to step away from them. As I gradually metamorph into the person God originally designed me to be the happier I become. Seek the first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all things will be added unto you especially since He give wisdom and knowledge to all who ask. Peace be unto you my anonymous friend.
